About Us

All Event Catering was established in 1983 and has been passed down a generation to the current owners Jimmy & Jodie Brookes. it is very much an owner operated business and is 100% Australian owned. There are 10 mobile units that are fully self contained and comply with the very latest health regulations.

They all have Council registrations which are available upon your request. Each van is fully covered by a $20,000,000 public liability insurance, which are displayed in each van and are also available upon request. Each van has its own uniform.

Quality Control & Food Handling

We have implemented strict quality control guidelines to each and every van. We believe in delivering a very high standard of food quality and van presenttation, so whether we are working at the Brisbane Ekka, or one of the smallest events in Queensland, the van will be operated to the highest standard.

Each van supervisor holds a council food handling certificate. These certificate are obtained by completing a food handling course set down by a local council in this case, the Brisbane City Council.
